One of the more interesting multipart medals out there. The medal is by Kauko Rasanen, a renown Finnish artist and medalist, and celebrates the International Women's Year (helpfully inscribed on the inner parts of the medal).
Not only is there an obverse/reverse, but the medal opens to show the pregnant woman with her gravid abdomen.
The artist takes it a step further and makes a third portion of medal--with the belly removable showing the fetus including placenta.

Above you see the normal obverse (to the left) and reverse (to the right) sides of the medal.
In this case the medal splits open to show another design. To the left is the inner aspect of the obverse, showing an incuse reflection. The right is the relief design that is the inner aspect of the reverse piece.
If you were to open the medal this is how it would look below. On the left the obverse piece is moved aside showing the inner aspect of the reverse. On the right, the reverse piece is moved aside to show the inner aspect of the obverse.
In this very unusual medal the gravid abdomen can be removed, making it a tripartite medal. With the abdomen piece removed one can see the incuse relief of the fetus and placenta.
Below is the removed abdominal portion, which flips over to show the normal relief of the fetus and placenta (which is reflected in the incuse design above).
